Service Attendant

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and processes
• Represent the dealership and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times when interacting with our guests

Experience / Attributes Preferred:

• Prior experience in a similar role, such as a porter or valet position is preferred but not required

Tasks:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive to the Service Department
• Park and retrieve vehicles in an organized manner
• Wash, vacuum and clean vehicles for guest satisfaction
• Creating a great 1st impression for our guest by following dealership processes and procedures
