Parts Manager
Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Able to speak, read, and write the English language fluently
- Able to work Saturdays (7am-2pm)
Experience / Attributes Preferred:
- Previous experience in automotive parts management, with a proven track record of leadership and team development
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems
- Excellent leadership, communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence team members to achieve their full potential
- Proficient in dealership management software, CRM systems and other automotive software applications
- Guest focused mindset with a commitment to delivery exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships
Tasks:
- Manage the parts inventory to ensure adequate stock levels of commonly used parts and accessories
- Monitor inventory turnover, obsolescence and replenishment to optimize inventory levels
- Oversee Part sales and transactions, including counter sales, phone orders, and wholesale parts
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Set and adjust part pricing in accordance with dealership pricing policies
- Set Performance expectations, establish goals and provide regular feedback to team members to drive accountability and continuous improvement
