Business Development
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Strong work ethic
- Able to speak, read, and write the English language fluently
- Able to work Saturdays (7am-2pm)
Experience / Attributes Preferred:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, business development or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and teammates
- Experience working in an automotive dealership or service department is also valuable
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office and other marketing tools
Tasks:
- Identify potential customers through various channels, including online inquires, manufacture software and phone calls
- Develop and implement led generation strategies to attract new customer and increase service appointments
- Maintain a professional appearance in demeanor and attire.
- Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to address customers automotive needs
- Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential guests through regular communication and follow up
